So I'm thinking of making a bunch of fabric gift bags for the etsy store. preferably something that is appropriately festive without screaming CHRISTMAS!!!!

But I'm having trouble deciding what style to use (I only wanna do 2 kinds, tops). So here are the options:

1) The ones I HAVE been making (lukewarm response but they weren't holiday oriented). Usually, they don't have an applique.



2) Candy Wrapper style:



3) Drawstring, with extra fabric at the top:



(I love that plain cotton twill tape they use for the bows)

4) Drawstring, no fabric at the top:



5) With handles (though the idea is that people won't have to use any additional packaging like tissue paper.... maybe I could add ribbon at the top to tie the bag closed but that might be a little too much ribbon...) . These would be easiest if I wanted to add designs on the front though...





Thoughts? Also, how do we feel about wine bottle gift bags?
